Personal Data Processed

If you use the contact form, the full name, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided), subject line and message content you enter may be processed. If you contact us directly by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp, the information you share during that contact (your contact details and message content) may be processed.

While the site is hosted, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, request time and browser information (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Important: At present the contact form does not send your message to a server through this site. The form creates a draft in the default e-mail application on your device using the information you entered; if you decide to send it, the data reaches the firm through your own e-mail provider.

Please do not share confidential case documents or special-category personal data through this form or in a first message.

How Personal Data Is Collected

Your personal data is collected through the contact form and through direct contact by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp, by non-automated and partly automated means. Technical connection data arises automatically while the site is hosted.

Purposes of Processing

• Receiving and answering your enquiries and questions
• Evaluating appointment requests
• Providing legal advisory and attorney services (if a service relationship is established)
• Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation
• Keeping the website secure and operational

Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on one of the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, depending on the processing activity. For evaluating and answering your enquiry, the necessity for establishing or performing a contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller (provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed) are taken into account; where a service relationship is established, fulfilment of obligations arising from legislation (legal obligation) is taken into account. For technical data processed for the security and operation of the site, legitimate interest is taken into account.

Recipient Groups and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations within the scope of obligations arising from legislation.

In addition, technical service providers we use to operate the site and communication channels may process data within their own roles: Cloudflare for hosting and domain/DNS services; Google (Google Maps) for the map on the contact page; and the e-mail service providers of the firm and of yourself for e-mail communication. The purposes of these transfers are to deliver the site, display the map and carry out e-mail communication.

Your personal data is not used for marketing purposes.

Transfer Abroad

The infrastructure of the technical service providers mentioned above may be located outside Türkiye; therefore technical connection data and e-mail content may be processed on servers abroad. Details of the basis for this transfer under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 are being clarified by the data controller and will be published in this notice once clarified.

Retention Period

Your enquiries are kept for as long as necessary to evaluate and answer them and, if a service relationship is established, for the periods required by applicable legislation. After these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Exact retention periods will be determined by the data controller and set out separately in this notice.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Requests are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and at the latest within the period provided in the Law.
